๐ŸŒฟ The Community Check-In

Small, guided gatherings twice a month on Zoom.

You haven't lost your faith. But somewhere along the way, it got tangled up in people who hurt you โ€” and now it's hard to know what's Him and what's them.

Maybe you've been working at this longer than you'd like โ€” and what you need isn't to make more sense of it, but to not be alone in it.

Whatever you're carrying โ€” you're welcome here, just as you are.

About the Check-In

I spent years trying to make sense of what happened to me. And then I learned something that changed everything โ€” the brain doesn't heal through understanding. It heals through connection. I'd already felt that was true in my own journey. And when I found the tools that made it real, I knew I wanted to share them โ€” so other women could experience the healing that comes through connection too.

"Setting aside time to be intentional in exploring what I was truly feeling in the moment was extremely helpful to me. I tend to push down or ignore or be too busy to get curious about my emotions and over many years I lost touch with what I actually feel. It left me numb or confused or angry and I didn't know why. This step in exploring my emotions has been very helpful in understanding myself and working on emotional regulation." ~Denise

The Community Check-In is a small online gathering where women practice noticing what's happening inside, sharing what's real in the moment, and receiving support in ways that feel most helpful.

Over time, Iโ€™ve learned what works through my own healing journey, coaching training, and intentionally creating spaces that guide women through these practices.

What You'll Experience

Each check-in follows a gentle, unhurried rhythm โ€” but never a rigid script.

We start by grounding together โ€” just slowing down and settling in.

Then each woman has her turn, at whatever pace feels right for her. She's encouraged to notice a "glimmer" โ€” a small moment from the week that felt like a quiet gift or a love note from God โ€” and share it if she'd like. She names the emotion that feels biggest or most present. And she gets to choose how she wants to be supported in what she's carrying โ€” curious questions, sharing experiences, prayer, listening to God together, or something else.

There's no fixing here. No pressure to perform or have it all figured out.

To end our time together, we each sit with one question โ€” what am I taking away from this? Then we share what we hear.

Here's what women say:

โ€œThe shift from feeling alone to supported and encouraged was HUGE.โ€

โ€œBeing seen and heard was important for my own growth and acceptance of self.โ€

โ€œI finally understood glimmers โ€” and what they mean for me.โ€

Who This Is For

This is for the woman who has been trying to make sense of what she's been through โ€” and is starting to wonder if maybe what she needs isn't more understanding, but something else entirely. Something that feels more like connection.

You might be rooted in faith, or you might be exploring or reconsidering your connection with God โ€” you're welcome here either way.

You don't need to be "fixed", fully healed, or have it all figured out to join us.

Safety is the foundation of everything we do here. That means we pause, listen, and receive or offer support without trying to fix others.

When you apply, you'll be asked a few questions so we can make sure this is the right fit for all of us.

Founders' Memberships

I have 10 Founder memberships available at $30/month. Founders' memberships are available through July 4th, 2026 โ€” or until all 10 spots are filled.

These first check-ins will help establish the rhythm and shape the community together. As a founding member, you'll keep this rate for as long as you remain in the Community Check-In โ€” and as the community grows and new things are added for members, you'll receive those too.

Application Questions

Before applying, hereโ€™s what youโ€™ll be asked:

  • What draws you to the Community Check-In?

  • Have you participated in any small groups focused on emotional or relational healing?

  • What would feel most supportive for you right now?

  • Will you pause, listen, and receive or offer support without trying to fix others?

  • Is there anything you'd like me to know about you, your situation, or your healing journey so far?

I look forward to reviewing your application and meeting you.

Your membership is reserved once your application is approved and payment is received.

Not quite ready? I'd like to personally invite you to join the free Connection Community here.
